The Tulsa region recorded 212 housing starts in November 2025, bringing the year-to-date total to 3,054, according to data from the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa. While seasonal slowdowns are typical late in the year, construction activity across the region continues to reflect steady demand and long-term growth.

Regional Highlights

Several communities led housing activity in November and throughout the year:

Broken Arrow posted the highest activity with 76 starts in November and 630 year-to-date.

Tulsa followed with 38 starts in November and 328 year-to-date, maintaining its role as a central driver of residential construction.

Bixby continued its strong performance with 434 year-to-date starts.

Owasso and Jenks also showed consistent year-to-date growth, reinforcing suburban demand across the metro area.

At the county level:

Wagoner County reached 343 housing starts year-to-date, including 7 in November.

Rogers County recorded 199 year-to-date starts, with 17 in November.

Market Outlook

Although monthly activity varied across individual communities, the overall pace of construction in 2025 remains consistent with recent years.
